Authoring

Using ARCHICAD, the next step is for MultiCad to turn the survey data into BIM (building information modeling) that reflects all the specifications required by the client, depending on the level of detail requested.

Planning

The property owner can use the BIM to plan future expo events. And making it available to event organisers will create added value for their clients. They can either use the software themselves (after receiving training from MultiCad) or procure the consulting services of MultiCad.

Facility Management

​By increasing the level of BIM detail, the property owner can further use it to manage their facilities, with the assistance of software such as ARCHICAD and ArchiFM. This process can be facilitated by MultiCad.
